DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
When a project is just in the initial idea phase, it will eventually need to move forward towards reality, and design must be established to develop and illustrate what is going to be build. Benthin Design Group LLC provides this specialized service to take thoughts and ideas and develop them to create a conceptual design, and then we'll illustrate them in sketches and renderings for review and approval.

During our Design Development we'll provide hand sketches, computer layouts and computer generated renderings (CAD) to illustrate our concept of the thoughts and ideas provided. This design processes allows the the building to be seen in 2-dimension or 3-dimensional views of the floor plans, interior spaces and exterior of the building. The CAD renderings can be produced in color with landscape and objects to give a very realistic impression of how the constructed building will feel and look when it is completed.

We can also develop a design from ideas or concepts of different buildings, and combine them into one, for a perfect design solution for the new building.
