PLANNING
We
provide a comprehensive services to assist in Land-Use Planning.
Scott Benthin held a position on a local Planning Commission, and
has vast experience and education in Urban and Land-Use Planning and
understands that process very well. We can assist in all aspects of
Planning issues that may effect projects and approvals on the
government level, including changing the usage of a building which
may require a "Change of Occupancy" to applying for a Zone Change
for the development of an office building complex or subdivision for
a housing development.
We have a "Full-Service" program to assist in getting a project
approved , from completing the required applications and drawings,
meeting with the planning departments, providing presentations to
Planning Commissions, attending Land-Use hearings, applying for appeals, and other services that
may be required for a specific project. |
